Single-Site License
This license grants you the right to install and use the theme on a single, unique domain name owned or controlled by you. The license is limited to one production website, defined as one fully qualified domain name (FQDN).
Subdomains are considered distinct entities and are not covered under this license. For clarity, www.example.com and blog.example.com are treated as separate domains and each requires an individual license.
This license does not permit use on multiple websites, subdomains, or client projects. To deploy the theme on additional domains or for client work, a separate license must be purchased for each instance.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the license without refund, and may trigger enforcement actions to protect the intellectual property rights of the theme developer.
Unlimited Non-Commercial License
The Unlimited Non-Commercial License lets purchasers install and use the theme on any number of websites, provided those websites are strictly for their own personal/non-commercial projects. Under this license, “non-commercial” means that the site’s primary purpose is not to earn money for a client. You may run Google Ads or sell products you’ve created yourself (e.g. handmade goods, print-on-demand items, personal blog merch), but you may not use the theme on a site you build for a paying client, nor may you sell or distribute the theme itself (modified or unmodified).
Unlimited Use, No Liability License
The Unlimited Use, No Liability License grants purchasers the broadest possible rights to install, use, modify, and deploy the theme for any purpose—personal, commercial, or client‐facing—while clearly disclaiming any warranties, guarantees, or obligations on the developer’s part. In short, buyers can do whatever they want with the theme (including modifying it, using it on client projects, or running live, revenue-generating sites), but the developer is not responsible for any damages, legal claims, or obligations that arise from its use.
